So, I am totally one of those people who is always late on the latest trend. Then when I find out about it or am ready to accept it, I become obsessed. My latest obsession is Bone Broth.
I was following Lo Bosworth on Instagram and show a quick recipe for bone broth and how she likes to drink it in the morning. That peaked my curiosity, and I got to digging. Here’s what I found.
What is Bone Broth? Bone Broth is made of different animals bones which are placed into boiling water which creates a drinkable broth.

How to make it: You can be a crazy person and make it yourself by following the Kettle & Fire recipe or you can purchase it at a local grocer or at online stores, such as Thrive Market.
There are apparently tons of different diets you can follow, but for me, I am just trying to enjoy a cup once a week. I think as I get closer to vacation to Greece and really try to nail down my body. I’ll take on one of these diets and let you all know how it goes!
