A few years back my ex-boyfriend and I went to a cooking class at a well-known shop called The Chopping Block. They have all different types of courses you can take, ranging from cutting skills, baking, creole cuisine, etc. The course we attended was seafood base. The dish was based around salmon. As we were talking to the chef and told him how we both like to eat tilapia, he made a disgusted face and gave us a list of reasons why people shouldn’t eat Tilapia. Literally scared me shitless. The judgement on his face alone made me never eat Tilapia ever again.
